Natural Gas Distribution System definition

Natural Gas Distribution System means any facilities owned by the Company which are used to provide Natural Gas Distribution Service within the Municipal Service Area, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, will include all mains, pipes, conduits, valves and all other installations used and required for the purpose of delivering Natural Gas to the Consumer within the Municipal Service Area and includes any Natural Gas transmission lines owned by the Company within the Municipal Service Area;
Natural Gas Distribution System means that portion of a natural gas system that delivers gas energy from tap stations on the transmission system to points of connection at the customers' premises.
Natural Gas Distribution System means a network of conduits, equipment, apparatus, structures, gas meters, meters and other devices and accessories for the supply, transmission or delivery of natural gas in a given territory, excluding any gas pipe or line installed in, under or on the outer surface of a house, plant, building or other structure of a consumer ;
