National Program definition

National Program means a national or multi-state education program, agreement, or standards that:
National Program means a program prepared in Ethiopia by Ethiopians;
National Program means a nationally recognized shooting sports program, including but not limited to the National Archery in the Schools Program, Scholastic Action Shooting Program and Scholastic Clay Target Program.
