National Class definition

National Class means those individuals who
National Class or “National Class Members” means, for settlement purposes only, all Persons in Canada, excluding members of the Quebec Class, who are original purchasers or original lessees, subsequent purchasers or subsequent lessees, including but not limited to those having some rights to residual purchase of vehicles at lease end of a vehicle (including trucks, buses and other heavy duty vehicles) powered by a Subject Engine. Excluded from the National Class are Defendants, all present or former
National Class means all persons resident in Canada, excluding Québec, who purchased any and all Eligible Shoes and/or Eligible Apparel from Reebok and/or its authorized retailers and wholesalers, including, without limitation, Reebok Canada Retailers, Reebok Concept Stores, Xxxxxx.xxx, Reebok Outlets, and/or third party retailers or wholesalers, during the Class Period.

  • Each competitor shall be a member of an IKA full member (National Class Association) of either his/her nationality or his/her country of permanent residence.

  • All monies received and expended by the National Class Association and the reasons for such receipts and expenditure.

  • All monies, assets and liabilities of the National Class Association.

  • RS Admin will inform the National Class Associations of any rule changes.

  • The National Class Units and the Quebec Class Units are separate non-redeemable investment funds for securities law purposes.


More Definitions of National Class

National Class means those individuals who 20 ○ (i) applied for or attempted to apply for any credit product from SoFi; (ii) between 21 December 19, 2019 through the date of preliminary approval; (iii) who held valid 22 and unexpired DACA or CPR status at the time they applied for or attempted to 23 apply for credit; (iv) who called SoFi at the designated 877 number regarding the 24 application as set forth in the class data produced by SoFi; (v) who were denied as 25 set forth in the class data produced by SoFi; and (vi) who were not California 26 residents as indicated in the “applied state” data field as set forth in the class data 27 produced by SoFi; or
National Class means those individuals who 20 o (i) applied for credit from the Xxxxx Fargo credit card line of business; (ii) 21 between January 30, 2015 through the date of preliminary approval; (iii) who 22 held valid and unexpired DACA status at the time they applied for credit; (iv) 24 who were not California residents at the time they applied for credit as set forth 25 in the class data produced by Wells Fargo;
National Class or “National Class Members” means, for settlement purposes only, all persons, entities, or organizations resident in Canada (including the Territories), excluding the members of the Quebec Class, who, at any time as of the entry of the Pre-Approval Order, own or owned, purchase(d), or lease(d) any of the Subject Vehicles distributed for sale or lease in Canada. Excluded from the Class are: (a) Toyota, its officers, directors, and employees; its affiliates and affiliates’ officers, directors, and employees; its distributors and distributors’ officers, directors and employees; and Toyota Dealers and Toyota Dealers’ officers and directors; (b) Class Counsel; (c) judicial officers and their immediate family members and associated court staff assigned to this case; and (d) persons or entities who or which timely and properly exclude themselves from the Class as provided in this Settlement Agreement.
National Class or “Class” shall mean and include all former and/or current Asurion and lock\line subscribers who reside in the U.S. and who, during the Class Period: (a) made any monthly premium payments; (b) submitted a claim for loss under the Programs; and (c) received a replacement phone that was Refurbished.

National Class means all individuals who signed a membership contract with IJL or one of its franchisees and purchased the services of IJL or one of its franchisees on or after the accrual date of class claims based on the statute of limitations for common law fraud associated with their state of residence at the time of the execution of the contract as detailed in Exhibit A through the date of Preliminary Approval as defined below, other than those individuals who received full refunds of their membership fees and those who signed releases of any claims in favor of IJL and/or a franchisee.
