Nasdaq Minimum Price definition

Nasdaq Minimum Price means the lower of: (i) the Closing Trade Price (as defined in the Initial Pre-Paid Purchase) on the Trading Day immediately preceding the applicable measurement date; or (ii) the average Closing Trade Price for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the applicable measurement date.
Nasdaq Minimum Price means the Minimum Price as defined under Nasdaq Rule 5635(d).
Nasdaq Minimum Price means the lower of: (i) the Closing Price on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date the Redemption Conversion Price is measured; or (ii) the average Closing Price of the Ordinary Shares for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the date the Redemption Conversion Price is measured.
