Nasdaq Listing definition

Nasdaq Listing means as defined in the Bonus Purchase Agreement.
Nasdaq Listing means the Purchaser announcing that NASDAQ has provided confirmation to the Purchaser that it has approved the Purchaser’s application for admission to NASDAQ, subject only to conditions that the Purchaser reasonably believes it can satisfy. (s) Physimax Share means the Physimax Ordinary Shares and the Physimax Preference Shares. (t) Physimax Option means an option to acquire a Physimax Share. (u) Physimax Ordinary Share means a fully paid ordinary share in the capital of Physimax.
Nasdaq Listing means the listing of the Common Stock on Nasdaq.

Nasdaq Listing means the Company announcing that NASDAQ has provided confirmation to the Company that it has approved the Company’s application for admission to NASDAQ, subject only to conditions that the Company reasonably believes it can satisfy.
Nasdaq Listing means that both (i) Minim’s Common Stock is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or any successors to any of the foregoing (“Trading Market”), and (ii) Minim has satisfied all applicable initial and continuing listing requirements of Minim’s Trading Market, including, but not limited to, compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), and has not received any written notice from Minim’s Trading Market that it has failed, or would reasonably be expected to fail to meet, Minim’s Trading Market’s listing requirements for any reason where such notice has not been subsequently withdrawn by Minim’s Trading Market or the underlying failure appropriately remedied or satisfied.
Nasdaq Listing for purposes hereof shall mean the third day of trading of the Company’s Ordinary Shares (or any other class of shares) or any ADRs representing such shares on any tier of Nasdaq, NYSE or any other national securities exchange in the U.S. as well as the OTC.
Nasdaq Listing means the listing of Intercure Shares on Nasdaq; “NEO” means the Neo Exchange Inc.;
