Nasdaq Listing definition

Nasdaq Listing means the Company announcing that NASDAQ has provided confirmation to the Company that it has approved the Company’s application for admission to NASDAQ, subject only to conditions that the Company reasonably believes it can satisfy.
Nasdaq Listing means the listing of the Common Stock on Nasdaq.

More Definitions of Nasdaq Listing

Nasdaq Listing means as defined in the Bonus Purchase Agreement.

On and after the occurrence of an Anti-Dilution Extension Event, the Holder will continue to be entitled to receive such number of Underlying Shares upon the conversion of its the Series Z Exchange Shares representing 9.99% of the issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock at the time of such conversion.
