NAS definition

NAS means the National Academy of Sciences, Washington, D.C. The National Academy of Sciences is a private, federally chartered tax-exempt organization.
NAS shall be deemed to mean “Recipient”; and (c) references to “Contract” shall be deemed to mean “Subaward Agreement”.
NAS shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
