Named Executives definition

Named Executives. ’ means the executives named in the Summary Compensation Table on p. 45.
Named Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
Named Executives means those persons designated in SECTION 2.1 hereof.

Examples of Named Executives in a sentence

  • Bonuses and other incentives not expressly set forth in this Agreement shall be at the exclusive discretion of Company comparable with the Bonuses and other incentives received by the other Named Executives of the Company based on performance, position and tenure.

More Definitions of Named Executives

Named Executives means each of the following from time to time: the chief executive officer of the Borrower (being, as at the Effective Date, Liggins), the chief financial officer of the Borrower (being, as at the Effective Date, Peter D. Thompson), the general manager of TV One (being, as at the Effective Date, Michelle Rice), the chief executive officer of the Borrower's Radio Division (being, as at the Effective Date, David Kantor) and the chief executive officer of Reach Media (being, as of the Effective Date, David Kantor).
Named Executives means a director of Medeva and a vice president of Aviron designated and replaced from time to time by the respective party. As of the Effective Date the Named Executive of Medeva shall be [ * ] and the Named Executive of Aviron shall be [ * ].
