NAM definition

NAM means an individual employed by Spectrum as a national account manager to conduct Commercialization activities with respect to a Product in the Territory pursuant to this Agreement (among other activities relating to Spectrum’s products).

Examples of NAM in a sentence

  • The Arbitrator may award fees and costs as provided by the NAM Rules or to the extent such fees and costs could be awarded in court.
