MWC means municipal waste combustor.
MWC is defined in the initial paragraph of this Agreement.

  • The obligation of each Lender to make a Loan to MWC on the occasion of the initial Borrowing by MWC hereunder, and of each Issuing Bank to issue any Letter of Credit at the request of MWC, is subject to the Administrative Agent having received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that MWC shall have obtained approval of the Maine Public Utilities Commission with respect to entering into this Agreement and the performance of its obligations hereunder (the “Maine PUC Approval”).
