MWBE definition

MWBE means a Minority- or Women-owned Business.
MWBE means Minority-Owned Business Enterprise and Women-Owned Business Enterprise as defined in Section 2879 (3)(a) and (c) of the Public Authorities Law and Article 15-A of the Executive Law.
