Multiple Buildings. If the Premises are part of a group of buildings controlled by Lessor, Lessee agrees that it will abide by, keep and observe all reasonable rules and regulations which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of such other buildings and their invitees, and that Lessee will pay its fair share of common expenses incurred in connection therewith.

If the Premises are a part of a group of buildings controlled by Lessor, Lessee agrees that it will observe all reasonable rules and regulations which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, and care of said properties, including the case and cleanliness of the grounds and including the parking, loading and unloading of vehicles, an that Lessee will pay its fair share of common expenses incurred in connection therewith. 41 SECURITY MEASURES. Lessee hereby acknowledges that the rental payable to Lessor hereunder does not include the cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever to provide same. Lessee assumes all responsibility for the protection of the Premises, Lessee, its agents and invitees and their property from the acts of third parties.

Multiple Buildings. Landlord and Tenaxx xxxnowledge that it is Landxxxx’x xurrent intention to cause the ownership of all of the buildings of the Project to be held by the same entity. If, however, at any time during the New Expansion Term or any Option Term, Landlord determines to separate ownership of the buildings or to separately finance the buildings (where the lender requires separate documentation), Tenant agrees to promptly after request from Landlord, execute commercially reasonable documents in order to separate Tenant’s lease of such building(s) of the Premises from the remaining building(s) of the Premises. Any such documentation shall be on the exact same terms as specified in the Lease (as amended) but as applicable to the relevant portion of the Premises.
