Multi-Unit Residential Building definition

Multi-Unit Residential Building means land comprising a building consisting of two or more residential flats or residential units used to provide rental accommodation to either permanent residents or itinerants, other than:
Multi-Unit Residential Building means a residential building containing four (4) or more dwelling units;

More Definitions of Multi-Unit Residential Building

Multi-Unit Residential Building means any Building in which there are three or more residential dwelling units as defined by the Ontario Building Code.
Multi-Unit Residential Building means any building with four or more residential units.
Multi-Unit Residential Building means an apartment building, condominium complex, townhouse complex, co-operative housing complex, or other similar residential complex containing seven (7) dwelling units or more with self contained living, kitchen and sanitary facilities and which is rented on a not less than monthly basis.

All Commercial premises, as defined by section 4.14 of this by-law, within the limits of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, will be provided with regular curbside Waste and Recyclable Collection Services as described in 7.4.
Multi-Unit Residential Building means condominiums, townhouses, apartments, dormitories or similar structures that have more than four (4) units built or used for the purpose of residential occupancy, at the same location or complex, regardless of the number of buildings.
