Mudaraba definition

Mudaraba means a partnership in profit in which one party provides capital (“Rab-al-Maal” or “Mudarabah Investor”) and the other party provides its expertise, skill and effort in the investment of such capital (“Mudarib” or “Mudarabah Manager”).
