MTNs definition
MTNs means the unsecured term notes issued from time to time by the Fund pursuant to a prospectus, with maturity dates not less than one year from the date of issue at prices and on terms determined at the time of issue;
MTNs means, collectively: (a) the 2025 MTNs and (b) the 2026 MTNs and each of the notes referred to in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b) above shall be referred to individually as an “MTN Issuance”.
MTNs means medium term notes issued from time to time under the trust indenture dated November 15, 2018 between ACI and Computershare Trust Company of Canada;
