MTDC is defined as all salaries and wages, fringe benefits, materials and supplies, services, travel, and contracts up to the first $25,000 of each contract.
Indirect costs shall not exceed 10% of the Subrecipient’s MTDC per funding category.
The maximum reimbursement amount allowable for indirect costs is ten percent (10%) of the Contractor’s Modified Total Direct Costs (MTDC), excluding in-kind contributions and nonexpendable equipment.
