MSRP definition
MSRP means, with respect to any Leased Vehicle, the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
MSRP shall refer to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, as published by the OEM. “Make” shall refer to the OEM company name of a Vehicle Model (e.g., Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge).
MSRP means, with respect to any Closed-End Vehicle, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for such Closed-End Vehicle.
