MSLA definition

MSLA means the “Maintenance Service Level Agreement (Supplement to the Bosch Software Maintenance Agreement)”, which sets out the details of the Maintenance Services as applicable from time to time. The MSLA is attached hereto and can be found on your local Bosch Security Systems website (follow the links from ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).
MSLA means a master securities lending agreement or securities borrowing agreement between Bank and a Borrower, pursuant to which Bank lends securities on behalf of its customers (including Lender) from time to time. A copy of Bank’s standard forms of MSLA, including (as applicable) the international addendum thereto, are annexed (i) as Appendix 5A in the case of borrowers located in the United States, and (ii) as Appendix 5B in the case of borrowers located outside the United States. (The location of each Borrower is indicated in Appendix 2.)
MSLA means a master securities lending agreement between Chase and a Borrower, pursuant to which Chase as agent lends securities on behalf of its customers (including Lender) from time to time. A copy of Chase's standard form of MSLA, including the international addendum thereto, is annexed as Appendix 3.

Examples of MSLA in a sentence

  • Market Value shall be determined by Chase in accordance with the applicable MSLA, including the computation of Dollar equivalents where Securities on Loan and/or Collateral (and Proceeds) are denominated in a currency other than Dollars.

  • Except as stated otherwise in the then current version of the MSLA, a new version of the MSLA will be applicable to and incorporated into this Agreement the earlier of (i) one (1) month after such MSLA version is posted on the Bosch website, or (ii) the start of the first Contract Year following such posting on the Bosch website.

  • In that connection, Lender shall pay to Chase on demand in cash an amount equal to any deficiency in the amount of Collateral available for return to a Borrower pursuant to an applicable MSLA.
