MSLA means a master securities lending agreement or securities borrowing agreement between Bank and a Borrower, pursuant to which Bank lends securities on behalf of its customers (including Lender) from time to time. A copy of Bank’s standard forms of MSLA, including (as applicable) the international addendum thereto, are annexed (i) as Appendix 5A in the case of borrowers located in the United States, and (ii) as Appendix 5B in the case of borrowers located outside the United States.
