MS4 Permit definition

MS4 Permit means the NPDES permit issued by Georgia Environmental Protection Division for discharges from the [local jurisdiction’s]Avondale Estates municipal separate storm sewer system.

More Definitions of MS4 Permit

MS4 Permit means the General Permit for Discharges for Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), Permit latest version.
MS4 Permit means NPDES Permit No. KS0095656 (“MS4 Permit”), with an effective date of February 1, 2020, and any subsequently issued permit, which authorizes discharges from the Unified Government’s MS4 in accordance with conditions specified therein. (This definition replaces the definition of “MS4 Permit” in the Consent Decree.)
MS4 Permit means any West Virginia NPDES Water Pollution Control Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems issued to the Storm Water District by WVDEP.
MS4 Permit or “Permit” shall mean the permit issued by CDPHE through the Colorado Discharge Permit System (“CDPS”) and identified as Permit No. COS-000004. The Permit authorizes discharges from the City’s MS4. The Permit that is in effect and governs the City’s MS4 programs on the Effective Date of this Consent Decree is the MS4 Permit that originally expired in 2016, but was administratively extended by CDPHE.
MS4 Permit means the NPDES permit issued by Georgia Environmental Protection Division for discharges from Cherokee County’s municipal separate storm sewer system.
MS4 Permit means the NPDES permit issued by Georgia Environmental Protection Division for discharges from the City of Buford’s municipal separate storm sewer system.
MS4 Permit means the most current version of the NYSDEC SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from MS4s, as defined by the present general permit number, GP-0-15-003, or, if applicable, the general permit number designated upon the renewal of the present permit;
