MRRS definition

MRRS means the mutual reliance review system established under National Policy 43-201;
MRRS means the mutual reliance review system procedures provided for under National Policy 43-201 "Mutual Reliance Review System for Prospectuses and Annual Information Forms" among the securities commissions and other securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada;

  • The Company has obtained a preliminary MRRS decision document issued by the OSC, in its capacity as principal regulator under MRRS, evidencing that preliminary receipts of the Canadian Securities Commissions in each of the Canadian Qualifying Jurisdictions have been issued in respect of the Canadian Preliminary Prospectus.

  • The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Canadian Underwriters that as soon as practicable, it will prepare (subject to review by the Canadian Underwriters) and file with the Qualifying Authorities, the Final Prospectus, together with the required supporting documents, and use its reasonable best efforts to obtain the MRRS Decision Document from such Qualifying Authorities in order to qualify the distribution of the Securities.

MRRS means the Mutual Reliance Review System;
