MOUs definition

MOUs means the documents designated as “MOUs” in Section 6.11(e) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
MOUs means the 15-year Memoranda of Understanding between the City and its six recognized employee organizations concerning the post-employment health benefits set forth in this Division, which were approved by the City Council on February 7, 2012, by adoption of San Diego Ordinances O-20130, O-20131,O-20132, O-20133, O-20134, and O-20135, and modified on June 26, 2012, by adoption of San Diego Ordinances O-20169, O-20170, O20171, O-20172,O-20173, and O-20174. Except as otherwise specified in the MOUs or in this Division, the terms of the MOUs apply to unrepresented employees.
MOUs means the Memoranda of Understandings dated July 18, 2008, between Burlington d/b/a Burlington Telecom and the City of Burlington Board of School Commissioners relating to certain parcels of school property, which are more particularly described in the School Agreements.

MOUs means (i) that certain Memorandum of Understanding between ---- Immunex Drug Safety Surveillance and Wyeth-Ayerst for the Identification, Collection, Evaluation and Regulatory Reporting of Adverse Events and Product Quality and For the Provision of Medical Information for Enbrel(R) (etanercept), entered into by Immunex and Wyeth-Ayerst on December 13, 2000 and (ii) that certain Memorandum of Understanding between Immunex Drug Safety Surveillance, Wyeth-Ayerst Canada Inc. and Wyeth-Ayerst Global Safety Surveillance and Epidemiology for the Identification, Collection, Evaluation and the U.S. and Canadian Regulatory Reporting of Adverse Events and Product Quality and For the Provision of Medical Information for Enbrel(R) (etanercept) Occurring in Canada, entered into by Immunex, Wyeth-Ayerst and Wyeth-Ayerst Canada Inc. on February 21, 2001.
MOUs means, collectively, the memoranda of understanding to be entered among MOPH, MOF and Other Line-Ministries for the financing and implementation of approved HIV Prevention Activities; and the acronym “MOU” means each such memorandum, individually.
MOUs means the memoranda of understanding on the following topics that the Parties will enter into pursuant to this Agreement, that replace the Current Agreements, and that set out the operational arrangements by which the Parties may share Information: working for families double payment and community service cards; commencement/cessation of benefits/students; working for families tax credits administration; child support and domestic maintenance; pro-active information sharing to reduce benefit overpayments; and student loan programme; and social housing and income-related rent. Order in Council means the Order in Council that approves this Agreement and that is made under sections 96J to 96L of the Privacy Act 1993, dated July 2017. Parent, in relation to any person, means a person who is the person’s mother, father, guardian, step-parent, or is acting in place of a parent. Party means IR or MSD and Parties means both IR and MSD. Personal Information has the meaning in section 2(1) of the Privacy Act 1993. Privacy Commissioner means the Commissioner established under section 12 of the Privacy Act 1993. Revenue Acts means the Acts referred to at section 81(1C) of the TAA. Subsidies means 1 or more of: working for families tax credits payable under Income Tax Act 2007 and the TAA; community services cards available under the Social Security Act 1964; student loans payable under the “student loan scheme” as defined in the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011; student allowances payable under the Education Act 1989; child support payable under the Child Support Act 1991; income-related rent payable under the Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Act 1992; and social housing available under the Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Act 1992.
MOUs means memoranda of understanding and “MoU” means any oneof them; “NCAs” means national competition authorities and “NCA” means anyone of them; “Original EU MergerRegulation” means the Council Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89; “Referral Notice” means the Commission Notice on Case Referral in respect ofConcentrations, 2005/C 56/02; and “ Vienna Convention” means the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, No.18233, concluded at Vienna on 23 May 1969.
