Motion for Final Approval definition

Motion for Final Approval means the motion that Plaintiffs and Class Counsel shall file with the Court seeking Final Approval of the Settlement.
Motion for Final Approval means the motion or motions filed by Class Counsel, as referenced in Section 6, below.
