Mortgage Component definition

Mortgage Component. The portions of Pool 1 or Pool 2 Mortgage Loans that relate to a Subgroup.
Mortgage Component. All or a portion of a Mortgage Loan that comprises a Loan Group. With respect to the Loan Groups, a Mortgage Component is also considered a Mortgage Loan.
Mortgage Component. Any Mortgage Components in Subgroup 2-3.

  • Lender, in its sole discretion, may elect to waive the foregoing survey delivery requirement as a condition precedent to the making of the Mortgage Component Advance and/or the Receivables Component Advance hereunder, in which case Borrower agrees to deliver to Lender surveys and surveyor's certificates that comply fully with the requirements of this Section 4.1(i) by no later than thirty (30) days following the Closing Date.

  • Each Mortgage Loan having a Net Mortgage Rate of greater than or equal to 5.00% and less than 5.50% will, for purposes of allocating principal, be deemed to have been split into a Mortgage Component accruing interest at 5.00% (which will be deemed to be part of Group One) and a Mortgage Component accruing interest at 5.50% (which will be deemed to be part of Group Two).

  • Such Unit Release Fees shall be applied by Lender to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Component of the Loan and shall continue to be paid by Borrower until the Mortgage Note, including all interest, principal, and other amounts due thereunder, has been paid in full.

Mortgage Component. Each portion of a Mortgage Loan allocated to a Subgroup pursuant to the definitions of Subgroup A-P, Subgroup 1-1, Subgroup 1-2, Subgroup 1-3, Subgroup 2-1, Subgroup 2-2, Subgroup 2-3, Subgroup 3-1, Subgroup 3-2, Subgroup 3-3, Subgroup 4-1, Subgroup 4-2, Subgroup 4-3 and Subgroup 5-1, as applicable.
Mortgage Component. Each portion of a Mortgage Loan allocated to a Subgroup pursuant to the definitions of Subgroup 1, Subgroup 2, Subgroup 3 and Subgroup 4, as applicable.
Mortgage Component. Any Mortgage Component in Subgroup 1-1.
Mortgage Component. Each portion of a Mortgage Loan allocated to a Group pursuant to Section 2.07.
Mortgage Component. That portion of a Mortgage Loan in Pool 1, Pool 2, Pool 3 or Pool 4 that comprise the Loan Groups related to such Pool. With respect to Loan Groups, a Mortgage Component is also considered a Mortgage Loan.
