Monthly Contract Quantity definition

Monthly Contract Quantity or “MCQ” for each Month shall be equal to the aggregate of the DCQ in effect for each Day of the Month.
Monthly Contract Quantity or “MCQ” means, for each month, the product of (a) the applicable Seasonal Shaping Factor for such month and (b) one hundred five percent (105%) of the Monthly Annualized Average.

More Definitions of Monthly Contract Quantity

Monthly Contract Quantity or “MCQ” means the total sum of all DCQ for each Month, and shall be the basis for calculating Buyer’s Take or Pay obligation as described in Article 2.2(c).
Monthly Contract Quantity means the 10,000 HP-hours per hour multiplied by the number of hours in the applicable month."
