Monitoring Access Point definition

Monitoring Access Point means an access point, such as a chamber, in a private sewer connection to allow for observation, sampling and flow measurement of the wastewater or uncontaminated water therein;
Monitoring Access Point means an access point, including a chamber, in a Wastewater or Stormwater Service Connection to allow for observation, sampling and flow measurement of the Wastewater, Uncontaminated Water or Stormwater within such a Service Connection;
Monitoring Access Point means an access point, such as a sewer manhole, that allows for observation, sampling and flow measurement of sewage;

  • The Registered Owner or operator of Industrial, commercial or institutional premises shall install and maintain in good repair in each Private Sewer Connection a suitable Monitoring Access Point to allow observation, sampling and flow measurement of the Wastewater, Uncontaminated Water or storm water therein where installation of a Monitoring Access Point is not possible, an alternative device or facility may be substituted with the prior written approval of the City.

More Definitions of Monitoring Access Point

Monitoring Access Point means an access point in or on premises that allows for the observation, sampling, and flow measurement of wastewater entering the public sewage works;
