Mold definition

Mold means mold, fungus, microbial contamination or pathogenic organisms.
Mold means any type or form of fungus or biological material or agent, including mold, mildew, moisture, yeast and mushrooms, and any mycotoxins, spores, scents, or by-products produced or released by any of the foregoing. This includes any related or any such conditions caused by third parties.
Mold means the cavity or surface into or on which gel coat, resin, and fibers are placed and from which finished fiberglass parts take their form.

  • Honeywell shall not be liable for damages caused by delay or interruption in Services due to fire, flood, corrosive substances in the air, strike, lockout, dispute with workmen, inability to obtain material or services, commotion, war, acts of God, the presence of Hazardous Substances or Mold, or any other cause beyond Honeywell’s reasonable control.

Mold means any mold, fungi, bacterial or microbial matter present at or in the Property, including, without limitation, building materials which is in a condition, location or a type which may pose a risk to human health or safety or the environment, may result in damage to or would adversely affect or impair the value or marketability of the Property. “Release” of any Hazardous Materials includes but is not limited to any release, deposit, discharge, emission, leaking, spilling, seeping, migrating, injecting, pumping, pouring, emptying, escaping, dumping, disposing or other movement of Hazardous Materials.
Mold shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.5 hereof.
