Modified Code definition

Modified Code means any modification, addition and/or development of code scripts deviating from the predefined product code tree(s)/modules developed by VMware for production deployment or use. Modified Code excludes customizable Software options for which VMware offers Services on the applicable VMware price list.
Modified Code means any modification, addition and/or development of code scripts deviating from the predefined product code tree(s)/modules developed by maintainers and/or Filigran for production deployment or use. Configuration of Software options which are intended to be altered is not considered a modification of the Software.
Modified Code means any modification, addition and/or development of code scripts deviating from the predefined product code tree(s)/modules developed by wtec for production deployment or use.

Examples of Modified Code in a sentence

  • Modified Code" means a derivative work of the Source Code prepared by Licensee which includes the Source Code, or portions thereof.

More Definitions of Modified Code

Modified Code means modified versions of the Base Code made by Customer in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement, including any custom configuration, custom algorithms, corrections, bug fixes, enhancements, updates or other modifications made by Customer.
