Modification Order definition

Modification Order means the order issued by the Texas Bankruptcy Court granting the Motion for Relief.
Modification Order means an agreed material change to the Service, including but not limited to an External Move, or a change of access service (including changing to or from a resilient service or upgrading an access bearer), captured in an additional Order, which will commence a new Minimum Period of Service for the Service.
Modification Order means a direction issued by the State under clause 34.1 which requires Project Co to proceed with a Modification. Modification Proposal has the meaning given in clause 34.6(a).

More Definitions of Modification Order

Modification Order has the meaning given to it in Clause 23.1(c)(i).
Modification Order means a document which, by its formal execution, obligates the Parties with respect to the addition, or modification, of New Services or Add-On Services described in such document.
