Mode Change Date definition

Mode Change Date means the date of effectiveness of a Mode Change.
Mode Change Date means, with respect to Bonds of a Series, the date one Mode terminates and another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means, with respect to any Bonds, the day immediately following the last day of one Mode for such Bonds on which another Mode begins.

Examples of Mode Change Date in a sentence

  • On or prior to the date the City provides notice to the Notice Parties, the City must have received a letter from counsel acceptable to the City and addressed to the City and the other Notice Parties to the effect that it expects to be able to deliver a Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel on the Mode Change Date.

  • The Mode Change Date must be a Business Day that is an Interest Payment Date following the last day of an Auction Period.

  • No later than 20 days preceding the proposed Mode Change Date, the City (or the Authorized Representative on behalf of the City) shall give written notice to the Notice Parties of its intention to effect a change in the Mode from the Mode then prevailing (for purposes herein, the “Current Mode”) to another Mode (for purposes herein, the “New Mode”) specified in such written notice.

  • If the conditions described above are not satisfied by the Mode Change Date, then the New Mode may not take effect and the Bonds shall remain in the Weekly Mode with interest rates established in accordance with the applicable provisions in the Ordinance on and as of the failed Mode Change Date.

  • Notice of the proposed change in Mode shall be given by the Paying Agent/Registrar to the applicable Owners of the Bonds and the Notice Parties not less than 15 days before the Mode Change Date.

Mode Change Date means with respect to any 2020D-2 Bond in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Xxxx begins.
