Mode Change Date definition

Mode Change Date means the date of effectiveness of a Mode Change.
Mode Change Date means, with respect to Bonds of a Series, the date one Mode terminates and another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means with respect to any 2024 Series F-2 Bond in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Bond begins.

Examples of Mode Change Date in a sentence

  • In the event the conditions described above in subsections (a) or (b), as applicable, of this Section 2.10 have not been satisfied by the applicable Mode Change Date, then the New Mode or Fixed Rate Mode, as the case may be, shall not take effect.

  • The change to the Fixed Rate Mode shall not occur unless a Rating Confirmation Notice shall have been delivered to the Trustee and the Remarketing Agent on the Mode Change Date.

  • The Stepped Coupon Rate for each Stepped Coupon Period shall be the lowest rate which, in the aggregate for all Stepped Coupon Periods, such Remarketing Agent determines would result in a sale of the Bonds of such subseries at a price equal to the Purchase Price at the lowest net interest cost from the Mode Change Date to the final Maturity Date of such Bonds.

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 3.01(e) of the Agreement, Bonds purchased pursuant to this Section shall be delivered by the Owners (with all necessary endorsements) to the office of the Trustee at or before noon on the Mode Change Date and payment of the Purchase Price shall be made by the Trustee by wire transfer of immediately available funds by the close of business on the Mode Change Date.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Company may rescind any election by it to change a Mode as described above prior to the Mode Change Date by giving written notice thereof to the Notice Parties prior to such Mode Change Date.


More Definitions of Mode Change Date

Mode Change Date means, with respect to any Bonds, the day immediately following the last day of one Mode for such Bonds on which another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means the date one Mode terminates and another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means with respect to any 2025 Series G-2 Bond in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Bond begins.
Mode Change Date means, during the MMD Index Rate Period, the date on which the Series 2016A Bonds convert from one Mode to another Mode, such date being the first Business Day occurring on or after the six (6)-month anniversary of the Closing Date, and thereafter on any Business Day occurring on or after the first (1st) anniversary of the Closing Date, excluding an MMD FRN Fixed Rate Conversion Date.
Mode Change Date means with respect to any Series of Variable Rate Bonds in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Series of Variable Rate Bonds begins.
Mode Change Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of the Bond Indenture.
Mode Change Date means (i) any Business Day when the change is from the Daily or Weekly Mode to the Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Term Mode; (ii) the first Business Day of a month when the change is from the Monthly Mode to the Daily, Weekly or Term Mode; or (iii) the day next succeeding the last day of a Term Period when the change is from the Term Mode to the Daily, Weekly or Monthly Mode.
