Mobilization Fee definition

Mobilization Fee means the amount charged by a licensee or authority holder from its foreign employer-principal/partner to cover costs of recruitment, processing and documentation of its recruits for overseas employment.
Mobilization Fee has the meaning given in Appendix A, Section 1.1(a).

Examples of Mobilization Fee in a sentence

  • Except for any Mobilization Fee (as defined below), Client shall pay all invoices, in full, within thirty (30) days after the date of invoice.

More Definitions of Mobilization Fee

Mobilization Fee means the amount chargeable by SUPPLIER, as set out on Exhibit 5: Schedule of Compensation of the CONTRACT for mobilizing and the eventual demobilization of a SERVICE Engineer/Technician, and if applicable any tools, equipment and the like, to a MMHE SITE. The Mobilization Fee includes all costs such as travel time, travel costs, accommodations, visas, meals, subsistence, insurances, inoculations, duties, taxes & etc. No further compensation shall be payable for any mobilizations / demobilizations in addition to the Mobilization Fee.
Mobilization Fee has the meaning set forth in Article 8.
Mobilization Fee means the one-time fee payable upon the Effective Date to compensate Provider for a portion of the start-up and hiring costs to comply with this Agreement.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
