Mobility Disability - an impairment or condition that limits or makes difficult the major life activity of moving a person’s body or a portion of his or her body.
If a non-structural reasonable modification would result in a fundamental alteration of the program, the County must take actions that would not result in such an alteration but would nevertheless ensure that the inmate with a Mobility Disability receives the benefits or services offered by the County’s program.
