Mobile Switching Center or “MSC” means CMRS Provider's facilities and related equipment used to route, transport and switch commercial mobile radio service traffic to, from and among its end users and other telecommunications companies.
Mobile Switching Center or “MSC” is a switching facility that performs the switching for the routing of calls among its mobile subscribers and subscribers in other mobile or landline networks. The MSC is used to connect and switch trunk circuits within the wireless network and between the wireless network and the public switched network for wireless traffic by a CMRS provider.
