Mobile Sign definition

Mobile Sign means a sign mounted on trailer or frame, lighted or unlighted, which is not permanently attached to a structure or the ground.

Mobile Sign means an advertisement attached to or displayed on a vehicle, vessel or craft on land, on water or in the air;

Mobile Sign means a SIGN designed to be readily moved from one location to another and which does not rely on a BUILDING or fixed foundation for its structural support. This definition shall include a MANUAL CHANGING COPY SIGN in which the letters or numerals conveying the message can be manually rearranged or changed. This definition includes a T-frame SIGN, but does not include an A-FRAME SIGN.

Mobile Sign means a sign which is mounted on a trailer, vehicle, stand or similar support structure which is designed in such a manner that the sign can be readily relocated to another location, and which may include copy that can be changed through the use of removable characters or panels;

Mobile Sign means a sign made of any material which by its design is readily movable and is equipped with wheels, casters or rollers or which is not permanently affixed to the ground, structure or building. (Also includes signs mounted upon the tops of vehicles.)

Mobile Sign means a Sign that is specifically designed or intended to be readily moved from one location to another and which does not rely on a building or fixed foundation for it’s structural support and shall include a portable and re-locatable sign and an “A” board sign but, notwithstanding the provisions of this By-law, Mobile Sign does not include a Sign attached to a vehicle where the principal use of the vehicle is the transportation of people, disabled vehicles, goods or other materials;

Mobile Sign means a sign designed to be capable of being readily moved from one location to another, and is usually built on a trailer or other solid platform and may include wheels.

Mobile Sign means any sign not permanently attached to or affixed into the ground or to a building or structure, but shall not include a sign attached to or located on a vehicle, which is currently licensed and operative, where the principal use of the vehicle is the transportation of people, goods or other materials;
