MOAs definition
MOAs means (i) all of the Amended and Restated Master Outsourcing Agreements entered into between Affiliates of Genworth and PROVIDER in connection with that certain Outsourcing Services Separation Agreement dated , 2004 between Genworth, PROVIDER, General Electric Company and General Electric Capital Corporation, and (ii) all PSAs executed pursuant to such Amended and Restated Master Outsourcing Agreements, all as identified by the parties as of the Execution Date.
MOAs means the First MOA and the Second MOA;
MOAs means, together, the STENA CONTEST MOA and the STENA CONCEPT MOA and, in the singular, means either of them;

The MOAS shall be provided with one complimentary copy of any publication, audio-visual production, website page capture, merchandise, and/or digital image of public display in which a MOAS image has been used.
The MOAS does not claim exclusive ownership of the rights to all images items in its collection.
Notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimer by MOAS, it is the borrower’s responsibility to determine if a copyright exists on any image provided by the MOAS and to bear liability for third-party claims of copyright infringement.
The images may not be altered without prior written approval of the MOAS.

More Definitions of MOAs
MOAs means together the Fantastiks Kleimar MOA, the Fantastiks MOA and the Newbuilding MOA;
MOAs means both of the Memoranda of Agreement executed between Navy and Interior pertaining to the island of Vieques and its surrounding waters, one dated January 17, 2001 and the second dated April 30, 2003, and including any subsequent amendments thereto.
