MOAs definition

MOAs means (i) all of the Amended and Restated Master Outsourcing Agreements entered into between Affiliates of Genworth and PROVIDER in connection with that certain Outsourcing Services Separation Agreement dated , 2004 between Genworth, PROVIDER, General Electric Company and General Electric Capital Corporation, and (ii) all PSAs executed pursuant to such Amended and Restated Master Outsourcing Agreements, all as identified by the parties as of the Execution Date.
MOAs means the First MOA and the Second MOA;
MOAs means the memoranda of agreement each dated 29,July 2015 on the terms and subject to the conditions of which the respective Sellers will sell Vessel H and Vessel I to Borrower H and Borrower I respectively, and "MOA" means either one of them.

More Definitions of MOAs

MOAs means, together, the STENA CONTEST MOA and the STENA CONCEPT MOA and, in the singular, means either of them;
MOAs means the memoranda of agreement each dated 29 July 2015 on the terms and subject to the conditions of which the respective Sellers will sell Vessel H and Vessel Ito Borrower H and Borrower I respectively, and "MOA" means either one of them.
MOAs means the memoranda of agreement on the terms and subject to the conditions of which the Sellers will sell the Purchased Vessels to the relevant Additional Borrowers respectively and “MOA” means any one of them.
MOAs means each of the Memorandum of Agreements being made between the relevant seller and the Borrower for the purchase of any New Vessel
MOAs means the memoranda of agreement dated 18 November 2013 and entered into between the Borrower and Blue Ship Invest AS in respect of the Vessels.
MOAs means the Falcon MOA and the Hawk MOA.
MOAs means, collectively, the Federation MOA and the RS MOA (as defined hereafter).
