MNPI means material information concerning the Borrower and the Subsidiaries and their securities that has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act.

MNPI has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
MNPI means material information concerning Mondelēz International or any of its Subsidiaries or any of its or their respective securities that has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1933, as amended, and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. For purposes of this definition, “material information” means information concerning Mondelēz International, its Subsidiaries or any of its or their respective securities that could reasonably be expected to be material for purposes of the United States federal and state securities laws.
MNPI means material non-public information with respect to Parent or its Subsidiaries, or their respective securities.
MNPI shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(d).
MNPI means, with respect to any Person, information and documentation that is (a) of a type that would not be publicly available (and could not be derived from publicly available information) if such Person and its Subsidiaries were public reporting companies and (b) material with respect to such Person, its Subsidiaries or the respective securities of such Person and its Subsidiaries for purposes of U.S. federal and state securities laws, in each case, assuming such laws were applicable to such Person and its Subsidiaries.
MNPI means any material Nonpublic Information regarding Holdings and the Subsidiaries that has not been disclosed to the Lenders generally (other than Lenders who elect not to receive such information). For purposes of this definition “material Nonpublic Information” means Nonpublic Information that would reasonably be expected to be material to a decision by any Lender to assign or acquire any Term Loans or to enter into any of the transactions contemplated thereby.
