Reimbursement for travel and subsistence expenses actually and necessarily incurred by the Grantee as a result of this grant agreement will not exceed $0.00; provided that the Grantee will be reimbursed for travel and subsistence expenses in the same manner and in no greater amount than provided in the current "Commissioner’s Plan” promulgated by the Commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB).
Therefore, the State of Minnesota, by and through its Commissioner of MMB, is and shall be a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.
It must be in form and contents acceptable to the Commissioner of MMB, and specifically state that it may not be modified, restated, amended, changed in any way, or prematurely terminated or cancelled without the prior written consent and authorization by the Commissioner of MMB.
The written consent of the Commissioner of MMB has been obtained.
If there are no uncured Events of Default as of such date this Agreement shall terminate and no longer be of any force or effect, and the Commissioner of MMB shall execute whatever documents are needed to release the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility from the effect of this Agreement and the Declaration.
