MLS System definition

MLS System means the aggregate of all hardware and telecommunications systems that SCAOR maintains in order to make access to the MLS Database available to Subscriber.

MLS System means the co-operative selling system operated and promoted by the Association in conjunction with the MLS® Marks. The MLS® System includes an inventory of listings of participating REALTORS®, and ensures a certain level of accuracy of information, professionalism and co-operation amongst REALTORS® to effect the purchase and Trade of real estate.

MLS System means the aggregate of all hardware and telecommunications systems that SCAOR maintains (or that SCAOR’s contractors maintain on its behalf) in order to make access to the MLS Database available to Participant.

• The parties recognize that NTREIS owns and claims all rights, titles, and interests (including but not limited to rights of copyright) in and to the MLS Database and each and every item of information and data, and each and every compilation of information and data, which is at present and which shall be at any time and from time-to-time hereafter a part of the On-Line MLS System and MLS Database; and access thereto and use thereof is strictly limited and regulated by the MLS Rules and Regulations.

• To maintain the confidentiality of all user IDs, passwords, the MLS Database, and the MLS System, Subscriber shall take the greater of reasonable care or the care it takes to protect its own confidential information.

• Subscriber Data: Data relating to real estate for sale, previously sold or listed for sale, including the Internet Data Exchange Database, and data relating to Subscribers entered into the MLS System by Subscribers and the MLS.

MLS System means the computerized software system that Client uses to provide access to Client’s Content and services to its Participant Users.
