MLS definition
MLS means any of the multiple listing services or broker listing cooperatives that is a member of MLS GRID or that has otherwise agreed to license multiple listing service data to MLS GRID, as may change from time to time.
MLS means a multiple listing service that serves the city in which the property is located, and (b) “sell” includes a contract to sell; exchange or contract to exchange; option to purchase; and/or a lease with option to purchase.
