MLP General Partner definition

MLP General Partner means HEP Logistics Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the general partner of the MLP.

MLP General Partner means EXCO GP Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership and its successors and permitted assigns that are admitted to the MLP as general partner of the MLP.

MLP General Partner means Enterprise Products GP, LLC and its successors and permitted assigns in its capacity as general partner of the MLP.
