MISS definition

MISS means Minimum Information Security Standards;
MISS means the Minimum Information Security Standards as approved by Cabinet in 1996;
MISS. A “Miss” of this GEP Element as reported in a GEP Audit Report shall be considered to occur for purposes of determining a GEP Reduction if for any single Outage that occurs within the Associated EP, any one or more of the Root Cause Reports (satisfying the requirements of Section 10.3 of the Agreement) for that specific Outage is not delivered within the specific time period for its delivery under Section 10.3 of this Agreement. For purposes of the foregoing, only one “Miss” shall be given effect and considered to have occurred with respect to any single Outage no matter how many Root Cause Reports with respect to that Outage were not delivered within the specific time periods specified for their delivery.

  • Case (MISS): A misdemeanor case is any appointment to represent a person charged with one or more crimes described by ORS 161.545 or by local ordinance as a misdemeanor, excluding DUII, misdemeanor contempt and the misdemeanor traffic cases defined below.

MISS means the incompletion of an initiated batch processing job by the scheduled time or within the scheduled time frame.
