Misbehaviour definition

Misbehaviour means circumstances relating to the actions of the student which may include, but are not limited to the following; these are grounds for suspension or cancellation of enrolment:
Misbehaviour means failure to comply with the requirements of 2 above, whether intentionally or knowingly or, in circumstances where it is reasonable to expect care to be taken, through want of care: but excluding conduct covered by the College’s Academic Support and Discipline rules or by its Code of Conduct on Sexual Harassment.
Misbehaviour means conduct that constitutes an offence or a breach of discipline;

Examples of Misbehaviour in a sentence

  • Misbehaviour resulting from the use of alcohol may result in action being taken and may, if the College considers the misbehaviour to be serious, result in the instigation of the formal disciplinary procedure as detailed in these Regulations.
