Minor development definition

Minor development means all development other than major development.
Minor development means a development that has a MAXIMUM gross floor area of 1,000.0 m2.
Minor development means any development that results in an increase in impervious surface of 400 square feet but does not meet the definition of Major Development.

MUNICIPALITY — Shall mean any city, borough, town, township, or village.
