Minor Changes definition

Minor Changes means the changes to the design of the Aircraft defined as per the terms and conditions of Article 11.2.1.
Minor Changes means changes that are not defined above as “Major Changes” or as changes subject to administrative authorization below, and which do not change the concept or intent of the PUD herein approved, including, without limitation:

More Definitions of Minor Changes

Minor Changes has the meaning given to it in Section 18.9.
Minor Changes means Change Orders that do not (a) change the Scope of the Work, (b) change the Contract Price together with all other previous changes by more than three percent (3.0%) without the prior written consent of Lender, (c) change any individual Line Item together with all previous changes by the lesser of five percent (5.0%) or Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) without the prior written consent of Lender, or (d) require approval by a Governmental Authority.
Minor Changes means changes to the Approved Construction Drawings or Approved Budget that (a) are necessary or appropriate in the reasonable judgment of Landlord, the Architect or the General Contractor, (b) do not adversely impact the structure of the Parking Deck, and (c) do not exceed the applicable line item in the Approved Budget (including applicable contingencies) by more than $25,000 in a single instance, or by $150,000 in the aggregate. Landlord shall notify Tenant of any Minor Changes in advance, if practical, and promptly if advance notice is not practical, and such notice shall state the anticipated effect on the Approved Budget as a result of all Minor Changes made to the date of such notice. Landlord agrees not to make any changes to the Approved Construction Drawings or the Approved Budget other than Minor Changes, without Tenant’s prior written consent as to such change and any increase in the Parking Deck Project Costs associated therewith that are not provided for in or accommodated by the Approved Budget, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If Tenant fails to respond to a request to approve any change, other than a Minor Change, to the Approved Construction Drawings or Approved Budget proposed by Landlord within such five (5) business days after Landlord’s request (which request shall be accompanied by reasonable supporting documentation detailing the proposed change), Tenant shall conclusively be deemed to have approved the proposed change. If Tenant shall notify Landlord of its objection to a change, other than a Minor Change, to the Approved Construction Drawings or Approved Budget proposed by Landlord within such five (5) business day period, Landlord and Tenant shall reasonably share records and estimates, rebid the change at issue (if mutually agreed), and cooperate to resolve any such differences as soon as reasonably possible.
Minor Changes means Change Orders (as defined in Design Build Agreement) that do not (a) change the Scope of the Work, (b) change the Contract Price together with all other previous changes by more than one (1%) percent, (c) change any individual Line Item together with all previous changes by five (5%) percent, or (d) require approval by a Governmental Authority.
Minor Changes means undocumented low risk or low impact changes carried out to maintain Supported Products and Technologies or for the purposes of device administration.
Minor Changes means any change to the Project that does not modify the Term, alter the permitted uses, increase the density or intensity of uses, increase the maximum height or size of buildings, or modify the substantive provisions for reservations or dedication of land.
Minor Changes is defined as changes to the interface specifications which do not require restructuring the operation or logic of the Time Bank Software configuration.
