Mining Leases definition

Mining Leases means mining leases Nos. M70/574, M70/575, M70/576, M70/577, M70/747 and M70/787 and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • During the continuance of this Agreement the Company shall undertake ongoing investigations into the technical and economic feasibility of establishing facilities within the said State either alone or in association with others for the further processing of ilmenite obtained from the Mining Leases and as and when requested by the Minister, but not more frequently than once in every two years, shall submit detailed reports of its investigations to the date of request and its conclusions in regard thereto.

Mining Leases means each contract, agreement or lease to which any Loan Party is a party granting such Loan Party an interest in coal from the property that is the subject of such contract, lease or agreement.
