Minimum Working Capital definition
Minimum Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Clause 3.5.1(ii).
Minimum Working Capital means an amount equal to (i) from the Takeover Date to July 31, 2017, four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000), and (ii) from August 1, 2017 through the remainder of the Operating Term, eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000).
Minimum Working Capital means an amount of Working Capital greater than $50,000.
