Minimum Threshold Amount definition

Minimum Threshold Amount is defined in Section 2.7(d)(iii).
Minimum Threshold Amount means the minimum Principal Amount of this Debenture that may be partially converted or redeemed, as applicable, such amount being US$100,000;
Minimum Threshold Amount means an amount equal to the greater of 10.00% of Closing Date EBITDA (i.e., $17,460,000) and 10.00% of TTM Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA.

  • Provided that the Total Revenue is at least equivalent to the Minimum Threshold Amount for the respective year, TransLink will pay to the City an amount equal to ten per cent (10%) of the Fibre Gross Revenue (the “City Fibre Share”).

Minimum Threshold Amount means an amount equal to five million dollars ($5,000,000).
