If no Minimum Service Period is provided in a particular Services Schedule, such Service may be terminated by Service Recipient at any time before its Termination Date as may be mutually agreed by the Parties.
If you terminate prior to the Minimum Service Period you will be liable for the remainder of the Service Period.
Confidentiality and privacy Each party must keep confidential and not disclose any Confidential Information of the other party other than permitted under this Member Agreement.
