Minimum Service Period definition

Minimum Service Period means the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending ninety (90) days after the Distribution Date, unless otherwise specified with respect to a particular service on the Schedules hereto.

Minimum Service Period means the minimum Service Period as set out in Clauses 3.2 and 3.3 or the Specific Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Minimum Service Period in a sentence

• Customer shall accept and pay for each Service for the Minimum Service Period.

• Upon expiration of the Minimum Service Period, Services shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis until Service is terminated in writing by the Customer on not less than thirty (30) day's written notice to the Company.

• The Minimum Service Period for the facilities or services continued in use is determined by the date of the initial acceptance thereof.

• A Customer may discontinue service, either in part or in its entirety, upon written notice to the Company, provided that the Customer has fulfilled all Minimum Service Period obligations.

• Except as otherwise provided in this Tariff, service is provided and billed on the basis a one (1) month, beginning on the Service Date and continuing until the expiration of the Minimum Service Period, or until service is otherwise cancelled.

More Definitions of Minimum Service Period

Minimum Service Period means the minimum service period as defined in Clause 4;

Minimum Service Period means the period specified in the Application Form or Special Conditions and commencing on the day when the Company informs the Customer that the Service is made available to the Customer, or if no such period is specified, the period of (12) twelve months.
