Minimum Return definition

Minimum Return means, with respect to the calculation of any Company Redemption Price, Event of Default Acceleration Amount, Fundamental Change Repurchase Price or Minimum Return Maturity Amount, the amount below in the “Minimum Return” column that corresponds to such date in the “Determination Date” column of such (i) Company Redemption Date, with respect to a Company Redemption, (ii) the date of the Event of Default Notice or the date of automatic acceleration pursuant to Section 10(B)(i), with respect to any acceleration pursuant to Section 10(B), (iii) the Fundamental Change Repurchase Date, with respect to any required repurchase of this Note upon a Fundamental Change and (iv) the Maturity Date, with respect to payment of the Note on the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 4(C):
Minimum Return means the minimum return, expressed as a percentage rate per term, that we set for a Variable Return on the Investment Date for a Deposit, as indicated on its certificate or confirmation notice we provide to you;
Minimum Return means the percentage as defined in the Term Sheet;

Examples of Minimum Return in a sentence

  • Each such prepayment of the Loans may be made without premium or penalty, provided, that prepayment in full of all of the principal amount of the Loans pursuant to this Section 2.06(a) shall be accompanied by the Minimum Return.

  • The Minimum Return shall also be payable in the event the Obligations (and/or this Agreement) are satisfied or released by foreclosure (whether by power of judicial proceeding), deed in lieu of foreclosure or by any other means.

More Definitions of Minimum Return

Minimum Return means the cumulative Total Return of the REIT Shares during the Measurement Period is at least the equivalent of a 36% Total Return or 12% annualized.

Minimum Return means a 22% Total Return (compounded annually) or 11% annualized as of the Class II Out-Performance Valuation Date or, if the Class II Out-Performance Valuation Date is not May 31, 2005, 11% (compounded annually) per annum from June 1, 2003.
