Minimum Purchase Quantity definition

Minimum Purchase Quantity or "MPQ" shall mean, unless otherwise specified, the Minimum Purchase Quantity of each Unit of the Power Plant for a 12 month period and shall have the meaning stipulated in Article 2.2.
