Minimum Purchase Commitment definition

Minimum Purchase Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Minimum Purchase Commitment means Company’s minimum binding purchase commitment to SAFC for a minimum number of Batches of Vector Product during a Contract Year, determined as set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Minimum Purchase Commitment means the quantity of Batches which Prothena is obliged to purchase in any Year under the Product Agreement(s) and which shall mean the certain percentage of the Maximum Capacity Reservation as set forth in Section 4 and Appendix 3, as it may be adjusted in accordance with this Agreement.
