Minimum Expenditure definition

Minimum Expenditure means the minimum expenditure obligations of the Contractor during each of the Exploration Periods as specified in Clause 4 herein;
Minimum Expenditure means the minimum Expenditure referred to in Article 3 in respect of the initial term of the Licence or any renewal thereof.
Minimum Expenditure minimum expenditure for work in the Second Extension Period shall be twenty million United States dollars (U.S.$20,000,000).

  • Further, only amounts expended after a company is certified shall be counted towards the CBE Minimum Expenditure.

More Definitions of Minimum Expenditure

Minimum Expenditure. Contractor’s minimum expenditure for the work in the Second Subperiod of the Initial Exploration Period shall be twenty million United States dollars (U.S.$20,000,000).

Landlord is providing Landlord's Work in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 hereof and Tenant acknowledges that, in order to be eligible for the Abatement, it shall expend such additional amounts within the "Minimum Expenditure Period" (as hereafter defined) on improvements (exclusive of "Tenant's Property" as defined in Article 14) to the Demised Premises and/or the common areas of the Building in order that the Minimum Expenditure shall be equaled or exceeded.
